Length of your Joon therapy

We typically see clients for 16 weeks, this provides a solid and evidence-based amount of time for clients to show significant improvements. Therapy is a process and it takes time for that process to work. We're here to work with you if more or less time is needed for you to reach your therapy goals. You're in control, you can stop your therapy at any time.

Insurance

Will my insurance cover therapy?

Joon is in-network with AmeriHealth Pennsylvania, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Carelon, ComPsych, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Pennsylvania and Delaware, Independence Blue Cross, Kaiser Permanente Washington, and Magellan.

Many Joon Care clients receive out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. Please let your Care Coordinator know if you plan to submit your invoices for reimbursement. Our team will provide you with an itemized statement, sometimes called a “super bill,” including billing codes and any additional information required for reimbursement upon completion of prepaid sessions. However, we cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider.
